Pineapple Mule
Pineapple and Lemon together has all the tropical goodness you could possibly want in one mug. But be warned, this may have you itching to book your next beach vacation!
Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Pineapple Juice
- 2 Oz Vodka (works just as well with Gin)
- 4 Oz Ginger Beer
- 1/2 Cup Ice (cubed or crushed, as preferred)
- Pineapple Chunks (if desired)
Instructions
- Add ice to a Moscow Mule Copper Mug.
- Pour over the pineapple juice, vodka or gin and ginger beer.
- Add pineapple chunks, if desired. These make a yummy snack, once you're finished your drink!
- Stir and be transported to your favourite beach!
