I recently reached a milestone 1 million monthly views on the My House Of Zing Pinterest page! Since one of my most popular boards is Summer Drinks, I thought I’d celebrate by creating one of my own for you all!!
Meet The Zingria!
With Strawberries being currently in season in Ontario, I knew it was definitely the fruit I wanted to use. But with the summer heat blaring down, I also knew that it had to be really cold and slightly tangy. With that in mind, I think this turned out pretty well and I’m pleased with the results. I hope you like it!
10-15 Ripe Strawberries
10 ice cubes
1 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
2 cups Yellow Tail Red Moscato Bubbles or any other favourite Rosé Bubbles
- Add Strawberries and ice to blender and pulse until crushed
- Juice lime and stir into mixture
- Stir in Elderflower Liqueur and Bubbles. DO NOT BLEND as this will cause the mixture to become frothy.
- Pour over additional ice in a glass, throw in a slice of lime and enjoy!!
Do you have a summer drink you’d like to share? Please do so in the comments below! Or, if you’re feeling more hungry than thirsty, you might consider making this super easy Instant Pot Lemon Chicken, which is another Pinterest favourite.
May the summer sun keep you warm!
